When using Aerophone Pro Editor on multiple mobile devices, the AE-30 may automatically reconnect to a different iPhone or iPad (iOS 16/iPadOS 16 or later) that was previously connected.
If the previously connected device is identifiable:
- On the previously connected iOS device, go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth."
- In "MY DEVICES," tap the "i" icon next to "AE-30" (shown as "Connected").
- Tap "Forget This Device," then "Forget Device."
- On the desired mobile device, open the app's Bluetooth settings and reconnect to the AE-30.
For details, see "Connecting with the Aerophone" in the Aerophone Pro Editor Owner's Manual.
If the previously connected device is not identifiable:
Reset the Bluetooth settings on the AE-30, then reconnect to the desired mobile device. For details on resetting, see "How do I reset the Bluetooth settings?"
Android 6–11:
The location setting may be turned off. See the related Q&A, "Why does the Android device need to be turned the location settings 'ON'?"
