RD-2000: Transposing the RD-2000

Use the following procedure to transpose your RD-2000:

1. Press and hold the TRANSPOSE button.
2. While continuing to hold the TRANSPOSE button, use the INC / DEC buttons, the Value Dial, or the keys on the RD-2000 to raise or lower the transposition amount in half-steps.
3. Release the TRANSPOSE button—it stays lit to indicate that the Transpose feature is turned on.

Note: Press the TRANSPOSE button again so it's not lit to turn off transposition. The RD-2000 remembers the most recent Transpose value until you change it or until you turn off the RD-2000. This allows you to quickly re-engage transposition by simply pressing the TRANSPOSE button again.
