VE-8: Switch Harmony ON/OFF with FS-6 or FS-7 External Footswitch
VE-8 SYSTEM SETTINGS
- Hold down the [MEMORY] button and press the [HARMONY] pedal.
The [MEMORY] button and [HARMONY] pedal are lit red; the VE-8 is in system setting mode.
- Press the [MEMORY] button to select a parameter (refer to table). Use [Up] and [Down] arrow buttons to change value.
For Example:
1. Using BOSS FS-6 or FS-7 Dual Foot Switch set to Momentary and Polarity in same position.
2. Connect with a 1/4" Stereo TRS cable.
3. Do the above System Settings procedure.
4. Select C1, use [UP] and [Down] Arrow buttons to choose 9 for VOCAL HARMONY (EFFECT) SW
5. Move on to the next system setting.
6. Press - [MEMORY] for C2: and assign function. For this example choose 1 for MEMORY UP - PRESS [EXIT]
7. TEST and CHECK FS-6 (or FS-7) A and B (NOTE: C1 is B and C2 is A).
Pressing FS-6 (or FS-7) pedal A will advance your MEMORY UP.
Pressing FS-6 (or FS-7) pedal B will switch HARMONY ON/OFF.
