MS-3: FS-5U CTL 1/2 DELAY TAP TEMPO SET UP

Assign DELAY EFFECT TAP TEMPO for EXTERNAL CTL 1/2 + FS-5U MOMENTARY FOOT SWITCH:
Make sure to use a 1/4" TS cable with your FS-5U connection to the MS-3, CTL IN: EXP1/CTL 1/2 input jack. Cabling example: BIC/BOSS Instrument Cables.

From the MS-3 Patch display view:

1. Press the [EDIT] button,
2. Use KNOB 1 to select CTL and press [ENTER],
3. Use KNOB 1 to select CTLIN1 and press [ENTER],
4. Use KNOB 1 to select DLY TAP, set MODE to MOMENTARY, ACTION to OFF ->ON
5. Press [EXIT] twice to the EFFECTS CHAIN view
6. Use KNOB 1 to select DLY for the DELAY EFFECT, and press [ON/OFF] to set it to ON.
7. While on DLY press [ENTER] check and test the FS-5U DLY TAP TEMPO functionality and do visual check of TIME parameter of the DELAY.
8. If the TAP TEMPO is functioning correctly, WRITE/save your settings to the User Patch location.
   
   1. Press [EXIT + ENTER] to WRITE/SAVE your settings and enter into the WRITE UTILITY screen
   2. Select WRITE and press [WRITE] three more times to WRITE/SAVE your SETTINGS.
