RC-505: How do I assign the Rhythm Guide to the PHONES Output Only?

You can assign the RC-505's (MKI) onboard Rhythm Guide to the PHONES output only if desired. Here's how: 

1. Press the [RHYTHM EDIT] button.
2. Press the LEFT/RIGHT buttons until "Rhythm: Line Out" appears in the display.
3. Turn the [MEMORY/VALUE knob to select "OFF." (The default is ON).
4. Press the EXIT button when you're finished. The new setting is saved automatically, and the Rhythm guide will no longer be output or audible from the L/MONO and R LINE MAIN OUTPUTS, and will only output from the PHONES OUTPUT.
