The FA-06/07/08 lets you export your song as a stereo WAV file and save it to an SD card. This feature makes it easy to back up your music, play it on other devices, or import it into DAW software on your computer.
The exported file is stored in the folder on the SD card*.
*If you're using a new or third-party SD card, make sure it is properly formatted before exporting.

Here’s how to do it.
- Make sure the song you want to export has been saved.
To save the song, see "Saving Songs and Sound Settings" for details. - Load the song you want to export.
- Press the [MENU] button.
- From the menu, choose “Utility” > “Export Song”.
The song export menu appears. - Select "Export Song", and press [ENTER].
- Choose “WAV (Multitrack)” or "WAV (Stereo Mix)" and press [ENTER].
- (Optional) To rename the file, press button [2] ("Rename").
- Use the dial and buttons to enter a new name.
- Press the [7] (Execute) button.
- A confirmation screen appears; press the [6] (OK) button.
Each track plays back and is exported to the SD card. - Press button [6] ("OK") to start the export.
The song will play back while exporting. - When “Song Export Completed!” appears, press [6] ("OK") again to finish.
The exported file will be saved to the SD card:
- If you selected “WAV (Stereo Mix)” in step 6, the file is located in the “EXPORT STEREO MIX” folder.
- If you selected “WAV (Multitrack)”, the files are saved in the “EXPORT TRACK” folder.
You can copy them to your computer and load them into your DAW.
