The Roland TD-02K stand lets you adjust the height and position of each pad and cymbal, so players of any height, including children, can play comfortably. Adjust within the ranges below.

| Tom pads (T1, T2) | Top pipe | Up to 70 cm from the floor. If the pads are hard to play, tilt the pad faces towards you and adjust the angle. |
| Snare pad | L-shaped pipe for snare | Can be lowered to 55 cm from the floor. |
| Tom pad (T3) | L-shaped pipe for tom pad (T3) | Can be lowered to 55 cm from the floor. |
| Crash cymbal / Ride cymbal | Cymbal rod | Can be lowered as far as playable, without interfering with the tom pads (T1, T2). |
When lowering the pipes:
- Have at least one other person help, to prevent the stand from falling over.
- Do not pull the cables too hard. This may cause a short circuit.
