The following items are not included with the Roland TD-02K or TD-02KV. Prepare them as needed to start playing.
What you need to play
- DAP-2X (drum throne and stick set)
- Drum sticks
- Drum throne
What you need to hear the sound
The TD-02 sound module does not have built-in speakers.
- A dedicated monitor amplifier for drums (wired connection)
- Headphones or earphones (wired connection)
Monitor amplifiers and headphones/earphones that connect via Bluetooth cannot be used.
What you need to connect to a mobile device or computer
- Bluetooth® Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor (BT-DUAL): Required to connect the TD-02 to a mobile device via Bluetooth. This lets you play along with songs on your mobile device and use Bluetooth MIDI-compatible apps.
- USB cable: Required to connect the TD-02 to your computer via USB for MIDI and audio. Use a USB port that supports USB 2.0 Hi-Speed, and a cable that supports data transmission. Charge-only USB cables cannot be used.
