The TD-02KV and TD-02K feature a “coach mode” that helps you to use your practice time most effectively.
This mode has four menus: TIME CHECK, QUIET COUNT, AUTO UP/DOWN and CHANGE UP. You can use these menus to improve your speed control, precision, endurance and timing.

| TIME CHECK | This lets you practice drumming in accurate time along with the metronome. |
| QUIET COUNT | This trains your physical sense of tempo. |
| AUTO UP/DOWN | This improves your drumming endurance. |
| CHANGE UP | This helps you practice with changing rhythms. |
