The TD-02 sound module does not have built-in Bluetooth functionality. To exchange MIDI data with an app that supports Bluetooth MIDI (such as GarageBand), attach the Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor (BT-DUAL, sold separately) to the TD-02.

Connecting to a Bluetooth MIDI app
- Turn on the power of the TD-02 with the BT-DUAL attached.
- Place the mobile device that you want to connect close to the TD-02.
- Hold down the pairing button on the BT-DUAL until the Bluetooth indicator blinks rapidly.
- Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile device.
Note: Do not tap "TD-02 MIDI" shown in the Bluetooth settings of your mobile device. - Launch the app that supports Bluetooth MIDI on your mobile device.
- Open the Bluetooth MIDI settings screen in the app, and pair with "TD-02 MIDI".
- Press the [
] (DRUM KIT) button to return to the DRUM KIT screen.
Configure the MIDI settings as necessary. For details, refer to “MIDI Settings” in the TD-02 Owner’s Manual.
