You can exchange audio and MIDI data between devices via Bluetooth by connecting the Bluetooth® Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor (BT-DUAL) to the TD-02.
The respective signal flows are as follows.
- Bluetooth audio signals can only be transmitted one way, from your computer or mobile device to the TD-02.
* See the related Q&A, “How can I record my performance?” for how to record your performance. - MIDI signals can be transmitted both ways (MIDI IN/MIDI OUT).
* There is a time lag (latency) when communicating via Bluetooth. The software-based sound engine may not function optimally when played in real time, or the latency (the timing or similar parameters) on your DAW may need to be adjusted.
