SH-4d: I can hear the sounds from this unit when I play the keyboard buttons, but the sequencer doesn’t seem to produce sound when playing back.

The parts may have been muted. Press the buttons ([1]–[5]) for the parts that aren’t sounding to unmute them.

Follow the steps below.

1. Press the [PATTERN] button.
   The PATTERN screen appears.
2. Press the [SOUND] button.
   Use the [1]–[5] buttons and the keyboard buttons to mute the parts.
   

   Controller	Explanation
   [1]-[5] buttons	Mutes/unmutes parts 1–4 and part R.
   Leyboard buttons	Mutes/unmutes rhythm instruments 1–26 for part R.

   *You can also hold down the [PATTERN] button while pressing one of the [1]–[5] buttons or a keyboard button to mute the parts and rhythm instruments.
