No. The GO:MIXER PRO-X mixes all connected sources (mic, instrument, guitar/bass, etc.) into a single stereo (2-channel) output before sending it to the smartphone. A DAW app receives this as one stereo audio track and cannot separate the mic and instrument signals onto different tracks.
