You can designate a different MIDI receive channel for each PART on the JUPITER-X/XM.
- Press the [SCENE] button.
- Press the PAGE [>] button twice to access the scene part edit screen.
- Use the [1] knob to select “Rx Ch”, and use the [2] knob to specify the channel.
- To save the setting, perform the SCENE WRITE operation.
That PART's MIDI receive channel can be set to anything from 1-16 and should now respond to incoming messages from the corresponding transmitting channel of the external controller.
