FR-4X: FR-4X Editor for Windows won't start even though Java is already installed.

In case the FR-4x Editor does not start or an error message is displayed under Windows 10/11 even though Java is installed, the file type association may be incorrect. Please proceed as follows to change this:

1. Right-click on "FR-4X_Editor.jar".
2. Select Open With from the resulting menu.
3. Windows will then offer you an app or a list of apps that can act as the default for that file type.
4. Select "JAVA(TM) Platform SE binary".
5. If you don’t see "JAVA(TM) Platform SE binary", then from the menu that appears when you select Open with, click Choose another app for an expanded list of already-installed applications.
6. Click the OK button. You can also tick the box labeled Always use this app to open .jar Files before you hit the OK button if you want that app to open all files of that type going forward.
