BOSS TONE STUDIO ("BTS") of the Windows version for the following products requires Adobe AIR.
GP-10, GT-001, GT-1, GT-1B, GT-100 Ver.2, KATANA (KTN-100, KTN100/212, KTN-50, KTN-Artist, KTN-HEAD), ME-25, ME-80, SY-300
If you try installing BTS without Adobe AIR, the below message may appear. Click "OK" to close the message and install Adobe AIR first.
*macOS/OS X version doesn't need Adobe AIR installed.
*The URL mentioned in the message is outdated.
Follow the steps below:
- Download Adobe AIR for Windows from https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime
Note: TONE STUDIO may fail to install with certain versions of Adobe AIR for Windows. If this occurs, use “Adobe AIR for Windows (AIR runtime including WebKit)”. - Double-click on AdobeAIR.exe.
The installation begins. - Proceed with the installation following the messages displayed on the screen.
- Once you see the message "Installation completed. Adobe AIR has been successfully installed," click on [Finish].
