On the SPD-SX PRO, if the system program and SPD-SX PRO APP versions are incompatible, either of the following may occur.
- Unable to communicate between SPD-SX PRO unit and SPD-SX PRO APP ("Now loading... " appears continuously and the App freezes after launching)
- The following message appears
Solution:
Force-close the App, or click the [Quit app] button (if displayed) to close the window. Then update the SPD-SX PRO system program and the SPD-SX PRO APP to the latest version.
-For details regarding procedures for checking the version and installing the SPD-SX PRO System Program, see "SPD-SX PRO System Program".
-If "Update" appears when you select the SPD-SX PRO APP in the Roland Cloud Manager, the update is available. Click "Update" to update the App.
