You can listen to the game sounds and voice chat of the Nintendo Switch™ from the BRIDGE CAST without using a computer.
Follow the steps below:

Connect a microphone or headset to the BRIDGE CAST.
*Use an XLR cable for connecting a microphone.
*Use a cable with 4-pole (TRRS) mini-phone plugs (3.5 mm) for connecting a headset.
*See "Connecting to a Computer/External Equipment" in the BRIDGE CAST Owner's Manual. - Connect your monitor speakers, headphones, or headset to the BRIDGE CAST.
- Depending on the voice chat app you are using, make the following settings:

When using a voice chat app ( e.g., Discord) on your iPhone or iPad
- Set the USB connection setting switch to "CONSOLE MOBILE".
- Connect the earphone jack on the Nintendo Switch and the AUX jack on the BRIDGE CAST using a TRS cable (stereo mini 3.5 mm plug).
- Plug your commercially available USB AC adaptor (at least 5 V/1.0 A) into the power outlet.
- Use either a commercially available USB cable or the included USB cable to connect a USB AC adaptor to the 5V port.
BRIDGE CAST automatically turns on, and the indicators on the operating panel light up. -
Use a commercially available USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable to connect the USB port to your iPad or iPhone.
*When connecting to an iPad/iPhone that has a Lightning connector, use a Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter (sold separately, Apple genuine products recommended).

Turn on the Nintendo Switch.

- Set the USB connection setting switch to "CONSOLE MOBILE".

When using a voice chat app (e.g., Discord) on a computer
*A dedicated driver must be installed to connect BRIDGE CAST to a computer and handle multiple audio sources. Install the dedicated driver before connecting the BRIDGE CAST to the computer via USB. For details on installing procedure, see "Installing the BRIDGE CAST app and driver" in the "BRIDGE CAST Owner's Manual".- Set the USB connection setting switch to "CONSOLE MOBILE".
- Connect the earphone jack on the Nintendo Switch and the AUX jack on the BRIDGE CAST using a TRS cable (stereo mini 3.5 mm plug).
- After powering on your computer, connect the USB ports of the computer and the BRIDGE CAST using the included USB cable (Type-C to Type-C or Type-C to Type-A).
BRIDGE CAST automatically turns on, and the indicators on the operating panel light up. - Configure the input and output devices settings on the voice chat app as follows.
- Input device: MIC (BRIDGE CAST)
- Output device: CHAT (BRIDGE CAST)
