If you experience interruptions or noise in the audio of game sounds or voice chat heard from your BRIDGE CAST connected to a PC, enlarging the buffer size may improve the issue.
Perform the steps below:
- If any application is using the BRIDGE CAST as a USB audio device, then exit it.
- Open the BRIDGE CAST Driver application.
- Windows: Start > Roland folder > BRIDGE CAST
- macOS: Launchpad > Roland > BRIDGE CAST Driver Setup
- Change the "Audio Buffer Size" to a larger value. (Move the slider toward Max.)
*Increase the value to that at which the dropout and noise disappear. - Click "Apply" > "Close" to exit the Driver application.
