The BOSS GX-100 allows multiple parameters to be toggled simultaneously with a single footswitch by assigning multiple ASSIGNs to the same SOURCE. This is useful for triggering several effects at once, such as turning on ANALOG DELAY, REVERB, and PREAMP SOLO SW together for a guitar solo.
Preparation
Set the CTL1 CONTROL FUNCTION to OFF to avoid conflicts with the ASSIGN settings.
- Press the [CTL/EXP] button.
- Touch <CONTROL FUNCTION>.
- Turn the [SELECT] knob to select the CTL1 row and set FUNCTION to OFF.
