How you mix the sound of the normal pickups with the synth sound depends on which divided pickup model you are using.
GK5-KIT-G7, GK5-KIT-G6, or GK5-KIT-B: Please refer to the related article "GM-800: Why my guitar/bass equipped with the GK5-KIT-G7, GK5-KIT-G6, or GK5-KIT-B does not produce a synth sound or direct guitar sound".
GK-5 or GK-5B: This divided pickup does not handle the signal from the Normal Pickup, it can't mix it with its own Synth sound. Alternatives for mixing these two sounds are as follows:
Connection example
- Connect to an amp that has multiple input jacks like Roland JC-120
- Connect to the input and return jacks of a multi-effects processor.
- Connect to an external mixer.
