ME-90: Factory Reset (Initialization)

To restore the ME-90 to its default factory settings, follow the procedure below.

Note: Back up your user patches to BOSS TONE STUDIO for ME-90 before performing a Factory Reset. All user data (patches, tuner reference pitch, system settings, etc.) will be erased.

1. Press the [MEMORY/MANUAL] pedal to switch to Manual Mode.
2. Hold down the [CTL] button and press the [MOD] pedal.
   The display indicates "FA".
3. Press the [WRITE] button.
   The tuning guide blinks.
4. Press the [WRITE] button again.
   The display blinks while the reset is in progress. Wait for the process to complete.
   NOTE: Never turn off the power while the Factory Reset is in progress.
