If you're trying to update JUPITER-Xm and fail to see the update file, please check the following:
- Are you sure you are using the update for Jupiter-Xm?
The flagship JUPITER-X update is not compatible with compact JUPITER-Xm.
- Is the flash drive formatted to FAT?
If yes, make sure to use a flash drive with 32 GB or smaller capacity.
If that doesn't work, try using another flash drive from another manufacturer.
If it doesn't work, unfortunately, you will have to contact a service to check the USB port operation.
