If you operate the Roland Cloud Connect app while GAIA-2 is not displaying the TOP screen, the message "Failed to tone load. (Unexpected error.)" appears.
Press the [EXIT] button a number of times to return to the TOP screen, and then operate the Roland Cloud Connect app.
