GAIA-2's OSC1 Pitch Env Depth range is effective from -63 to +63 (+/- 1 octave) due to the specifications of the Wavetable synthesis. The pitch will not change if the Pitch Env Depth is greater than 63 when the OSC ENVELOPE is set to "PITCH. This results in different pitches between OSC1 and OSC2/3.
