The Acoustic Singer Pro, Acoustic Singer Live and Acoustic Singer Live LT have an XLR balanced output on the back panel. This can allow you to connect an XLR cable to an external monitor or output source.
ACS-PRO/LIVE:
Connect the XLR cable to this output and then to your additional output device.
You have some output options to send a dry DI sound or an output sound with the internal effects. You can change this by using the OUT SELECT switch. Options for MIX, POST EFX and DI for the ACS-Pro/Live. DI can be applied for separation of the GUITAR and MIC signals.
DI/LINE OUT:
Connect this to your PA system or recorder. You can use this in conjunction with an external PA system, or to record your performance via direct line while monitoring the sound from this unit.
Adjust the output level using the [VOLUME] knob of each channel.
- MIC/MIX jack:
From this jack, the audio that is input from the MIC jack can be output by itself, or mixed with the audio that is input from the GUITAR jack. - GUITAR/MIX jack:
From this jack, the audio that is input from the GUITAR jack can be output by itself, or mixed with the audio that is input from the MIC jack. - [OUT SELECT] switch:
Specifies the output of the MIC/MIX jack and GUITAR/MIX jack.
- MIX: The inputs from the MIC jack and the GUITAR jack pass through the effects of the respective channel, and are then mixed and output. The input from the AUX jack is also mixed and output.
- POST EFX: The inputs from the MIC jack and the GUITAR jack pass through the effects of the respective channel, and are then output separately from the MIC/MIX jack and the GUITAR/MIX jack.
- DI: The inputs from the MIC jack and GUITAR jack do not pass through the effects, but are output
separately from the MIC/MIX jack and the GUITAR/MIX jack.
ACS-LIVELT:
On this amp, you only have the option to send a mix of the GUITAR input and MIC input through the output on the back panel of the amp.
MIX D.I. OUT:
Connect this to your PA system or recorder. You can use this in conjunction with an external PA system, or
to record your performance via direct line while monitoring the sound from this unit.
- Adjust the output level using the [VOLUME] knob of each channel.
- The sounds of the mic channel, the guitar channel, and the audio input from the AUX INPUT jack are all mixed and output.
Either of these outputs can be connected to an active speaker or mixer connected to an addition set of speakers. In most common practice, this output is used for either analog recording to a DAW/Audio Interface OR large sound output to a PA or House system.
