R-05: How to Keep the Display's Backlight On

The following article will guide through setting up the R-05's backlight so that it no longer dims and remains on. This is useful if you're recording in a low light environment and need to view the display at all times.

1. Press the [MENU] button.
2. Cursor down to "3. Display Setup", and press the [●] button.
3. Cursor down to "Backlight".
4. Cursor to the Right and then press the up or down arrow to select 1, 2 or 3.
5. Cursor down to "Display Timer."
6. Cursor to the Right to select and then press the down arrow to select "OFF".
   The display's backlight is now set to never dim.
7. Press the [MENU] button twice to exit.
