Use the following procedure to set the delay in the JD-990 to be synchronized
to external MIDI clock messages:
1) Press PERFORMANCE.
2) Press F5 (EFFECTS).
3) Use the CURSOR buttons to select MODE and use the VALUE dial to select MIDI
TEMPO.
4) CURSOR to CENTER TAP and use the VALUE dial to select a note value.
5) Repeat step 4 for the LEFT TAP and RIGHT TAP values.
Note: One of the delay taps must be set to a note value. If time values (0.1 to
3.0ms) are selected for all three taps, the MIDI clock will be ignored.
