RV-70: Restoring the Factory Settings (Factory Initialization)

The Factory Initialization function allows you to restore the contents stored in each program number of the RV-70 to their factory default settings.

1. Turn the power off.
2. While holding down the [DOWN] and [WRITE] buttons, turn the power on.
   When "FL" appears in the display, the WRITE button indicator lights up.
3. Use the [UP] and [DOWN] buttons to select the program number to be initialized.
   The WRITE button indicator changes to flashing.
   • 1–199: Initializes only the contents of the program number currently shown in the display.
   • AL: Initializes all settings to their factory default state.
4. Press the [WRITE] button.
   The selected program number is initialized. When the initialization is complete, the WRITE button indicator remains steadily lit.
5. To continue initializing other program numbers, repeat steps 3 and 4.
   After completing the initialization process, turn the power off once, and then turn it on again.
