The SE-70 has two sets of factory Patches; those designed for guitar processing (GUITAR) and those for general processing (STANDARD). The following procedure will clear the internal memory and reload the factory settings:
(CAUTION: All USER information will be lost. Be sure to back up any information
you wish to keep.)
- Turn the power off.
- Power on while pressing the CONTROL (NUMBER/VALUE) knob.
- Press the PARAMETER [<] button to switch to the screen shown below:
Use the CONTROL knob to select the type of factory preset you wish to have restored.
- Standard: Factory presets suitable for recording and a wide variety of instruments.
- Guitar: Factory presets suitable for guitar.
- Press the PARAMETER [>] button to switch to the screen shown below:
Use the CONTROL knob, specify the STATING point of the range that you wish to initialize.
- Press the PARAMETER [>] button to move the cursor and switch to the screen shown below:
Use the CONTROL knob, specify the ENDING point of the range that you wish to initialize.
- System: All parameters accessed through the UTILITY Mode
- #1, #2, #3...#100: Settings for Patch Number 1, 2, 3...1000
* To initialize all settings, select System → #100.
* To cancel initialization, press EXIT to return to the normal startup mode. - Press the WRITE button.
