When SPLIT is selected in the Keyboard Mode section of the XP-10, the keyboard
is divided at a specified key, known as the split point. Both halves of the
keyboard can then play a different Tone. The point at which the keyboard is
split is selectable. Use the following procedure to select a split point:
1) Press EDIT so it is lit.
2) Use the VALUE [+ / -] buttons to display "Perform Common."
3) Press ENTER.
4) Press numeric key 8 repeatedly to display "Split Point."
5) Use the VALUE [+ / -] buttons to select the desired split point.
6) Press EDIT.
7) Press SPLIT.
