The PMA-5 does not have a Sustain Pedal Input. The Key Hold function of the PMA-5 can sustain single notes or multiple notes played in succession to create a chord. Use the following procedure to play sustained notes using Key Hold:
1. Touch the [KEY HOLD] soft icon so it is lit.
2. Play the touch keyboard. The notes you play will continue to sound.
3. Touch the [KEY HOLD] soft icon so it is not lit. The notes will stop sounding.
