The GI-10 features the same tracking performance as the GR-1, GR-09, GR-50, and GM-70. However, the GI-10 includes two additional parameters to improve MIDI response and accuracy:
- Thin Pitch Bend Data
- Function: Reduces the volume of MIDI messages during pitch bends.
- Benefit: Prevents MIDI stream lag and ensures faster data transfer by filtering out redundant messages.
- Attack Noise Filter
- Function: Filters out high-pitched pick noise produced near the bridge.
- Benefit: Prevents the guitar synth from misinterpreting noise as unintended notes, allowing for more accurate pitch detection.
