MC-505: Inserting Musical Data

The MC-505 allows you to insert events into an existing user pattern.
Use the following procedure to insert data into a user pattern:

1) Press REC twice to select the Microscope display.
2) Rotate the VALUE dial to move to the location where you wish to insert an
event.
3) Press WRITE to select the "Insert Event" display.
4) Use INC/DEC or the VALUE dial to select the type of musical data you wish
to insert.
5) Press ENTER.
6) Press PAGE < / > to move the cursor to the desired location in the display.
7) Use INC/DEC or the VALUE dial to modify the value.
8) Press ENTER.
9) Press STOP to return to the main display.
