SC-88: How to Restore Factory Settings (Initialize All Parts)

Performing this procedure restores all SC-88 settings to their factory defaults. This includes all Parts, System parameters, and User tones.
 
Note: This procedure permanently erases all user settings and user tones. Be sure to back up any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

1. While holding down [SELECT], press both the INSTRUMENT [◀] and [▶] buttons simultaneously.
   The display shows "Init All, Sure?".
2. Press [ALL] to begin initialization.
   To cancel without initializing, press [MUTE].
3. Turn the SC-88 off and then on again to apply all initialized settings.
