The RD-500 has a real-time "C1" control slider that can be programmed to
function as a panning controller. Use the following procedure to program the C1
Slider for panning:
1) Press FUNC.
2) Press LEVEL / CONTROL repeatedly to display "C1."
3) Press LOWER or UPPER to select the part of the keyboard to which panning
will be assigned.
4) Use the INC / DEC buttons to display "PAn."
5) Press FUNC to return to the main menu.
