EQ-20: How do I restore the memory settings to their factory defaults?

The following procedure restores memories 1–9 on the EQ-20 to their factory-default settings.

Note: All settings currently stored in memories 1–9 will be lost.

1. Turn off the power.
   • When running on batteries: Disconnect the plug from the INPUT jack.
   • When using the AC adaptor: Disconnect the AC adaptor plug from the AC adaptor jack.
2. While holding down the LIGHT and SELECT buttons, turn on the power.

3. Release the LIGHT and SELECT buttons.
   “REST” appears in the display.

   To cancel the operation, press the LIGHT button, the SELECT button, or either pedal.

4. Press the LIGHT and SELECT buttons simultaneously.
   “OK” appears in the display, and the settings stored in memories 1–9 are restored to their factory defaults.
