1. Press MENU, select "2. System", and press ENTER.
2. Press F1 (General).
3. Press F1 (Common).
3. Cursor down to the Patch Remain parameter and turn it On.
4. Press F6 (Write).
Note that the while a patch will continue to sound even after selecting a new patch, there may be a little glitch. This is due to the effects processor switching to best complement the new patch. To make the Patch Remain feature perfectly seamless, you must disable all effects for any patches you wish to switch to/from.
