You can restore all patches on the ME-8B to their factory settings by following the steps below.

Turn off the power.

While holding down both [<] and [V] in the PARAMETER section, turn the power on.
The display shows “Ld”.
To cancel the reset, turn the power off once, and then turn it on again. -
Press [WRITE/COPY].
After initialization is completed, the unit will return to Play mode.
