The following procedure can be used to clear the internal memory and reload some of the factory settings:
(CAUTION: All USER information will be lost. Be sure to back up any information you wish to keep.)
The D-70 does not have a true re-initialization (restoring the factory settings). It does have a memory clearing function that may stop any unusual problems that may be occurring in your unit. Please make a back-up of the Internal data either to a M-256E or M-512 series RAM card or bulk dump to a sequencer before clearing the internal memory. To clear the memory on the D-70:
1. While holding NUMBER 8 turn the unit on.
2. Press ENTER.
