Normally, when in the Output Level screen, simply hitting the pad and then
adjusting the level is all you need to do. But the Hi Hat uses Sound 1 (S1) for
the 'pad with open pedal' sound, and Sound 2 (S2) for the 'pad with closed
pedal' sound. So to adjust the level for the 'pad with closed pedal', you must
cursor up to S1 and change it to S2, then set the level.
