Using SHIFT LOCK switched to ON, allows you to press the the SHIFT button once which will arm it to stay lit and then you can press the associted button without HOLDING shift.
1- Hold shift & press F-5(SYSTEM MENU)
2- Press F2(GLOBAL)
3- Cursor to SHIFT LOCK and set to ON.
