After bouncing a song down to a stereo pair, the bounce can be exported as an MP3 or WAV file.
NOTE: Before the song can be exported as a WAV or MP3 file, all of the song's tracks need to be Bounced to a stereo pair of tracks using the steps in the "How to Bounce to Two Tracks" link below.
- First, bounce the song: See MICRO BR: How to Bounce or Combine Tracks

Then, follow the steps below for converting and then exporting:
- Press UTILITY.
- Press TR2 (TRK).
- Press the right arrow cursor button.
- Press TR2 (EXP).
- Use the arrow cursor buttons and VALUE buttons to select the pair of tracks and V-Track that you bounced to.
- Press TR4 for NEXT.
- Press the VALUE + or - key to choose the quality of mp3 that you want to create, or choose “WAV.”
- Press TR4 (EXE). The track(s) will be converted to MP3 or WAV.
- Connect the MICRO BR to a computer via USB. A window will appear on your computer showing you the contents of the MICRO BR memory card.
Note: If a window does not appear on your computer:
Windows:
1. Click on the Windows icon (or Start icon) on the bottom left of the screen.
2. Click on Computer (or My Computer).
3. Click on the MICRO BR icon in the Devices with Removable Storage section.
Mac OS X:
On your computer's desktop, open the MICRO BR icon. - Open the "MP3" folder. Drag the MP3 or WAV file to your desktop.
- You may now use the MP3 or WAV file with the software of your choice (e.g. CD burning software). Please refer to the software's current manual or online help for instructions with using the software.
