SCSI Cables
- The VS Recorders use a SCSI (DB-25 type) connector.
- Some of the drives do not have the 25 PIN D-Sub Connection. In this case a 50 pin (Centronics) or 50 Pin HD to 25 Pin D-Sub Cable can be used for connection
- Use only crossover cables and do not use parallel or straight cables.
SCSI CD Drive
The Roland SCSI CD Burners that were made and serviced by QPS have all been discontinued. The best resource for finding Roland compatible CD burners is to search online for used or refurbished "Roland Compatible" CD Burners.
