Place the ME-25 on a hard floor surface. While standing, press the EXP pedal all the way forward until it stops, and then give it a very firm push. When the LED is lit, the WAH (or effect) is turned on.
Note: It takes a good amount of force to activate the toe-end switch on the ME-25.
