GS-10: How do I restore the settings to their factory defaults?

You can perform a Factory Reset on the BOSS GS-10 to restore all settings or a specified range of settings to their factory-default values.

1. Turn off the power.

2. While holding down PREAMP/SPEAKER CHANNEL SELECT [A] and [B], turn on the power.
   The Factory Reset range setting screen appears.

   To cancel the Factory Reset, press [EXIT].

3. Press PARAMETER [◀] or [▶] to move the cursor, and turn the [PATCH/VALUE] dial to select the range of settings that you want to restore.

   You can select the following ranges:

   • System: System parameters, Harmonist scales, Auto Riff phrases, and Preamp/Speaker, Overdrive/Distortion, and Wah Custom Edit parameter settings
   • U001–U100: Settings for patch numbers U001 through U100
4. Press [ENTER] to execute the Factory Reset.
   The specified range of settings is restored to its factory-default values, and the GS-10 returns to the Play screen.
