Use the following procedure to clear the TD-15's internal memory and reload its factory settings.
Caution: All User information is lost during a Factory Reset. Be sure to first back up anything you wish to keep before proceeding.
- Turn on the power of the TD-15.
- In the DRUM KIT screen, press the [MENU] button.
The KIT MENU screen will appear. - Press the (▼) cursor button until the SYSTEM icon appears.
- Press the [F3] (SYSTEM) button.
The SYSTEM screen will appear. - Use the cursor buttons (▲/▼) to select "Options," then press the [F3] (ENTER) button.
- Use the cursor buttons (▲/▼) to select "Write Protect," then turn the value dial to choose "OFF."
- Press the [EXIT] button once.
- Press the cursor down (▼) button to choose "Factory Reset," then press the [F3] (ENTER) button.
- Turn the value dial to select the type of data that you want to reset.
- ALL KITS (Only resets the Kit settings)
- SYSTEM (Only resets System parameters)
- ALL (All settings are reset)
- Press the [F3] (RESET) button.
A confirmation message will appear.
If you decide to cancel, press the [F1] (CANCEL) button. - If you’re sure you want to execute the factory reset, press the [F3] (OK) button.
Once again, a confirmation message will appear.
- Press the [F3] (OK) button.
When the factory reset is finished, “Factory Reset completed” is shown briefly in the display.
