It is possible to trigger a part other than Part 10 (drums) in the Fantom-X from the pads:
- Press MIXER.
- Press F6 to access Performance Mixer Page 2. You'll see three rows of buttons toward the bottom of the screen: K, A, and P. The top one is the the P row, or "pad" row.
- Cursor to the button on the P row corresponding to the part you wish the pads to control.
- Press INC. The button will illuminate and you can now play that part with the pads.
