To assign a sound to a Multi-Out it must first be assigned to a Pad. Use the
following procedure to assign a sound to a Pad and then to a Multi Out:
1) Press SOUND under the EDIT menu.
2) Press 1 on the numeric pad to select [1 Edit].
3) Press the desired instrument pad to select the instrument.
4) Press the PARAMETER SELECT button until "OUTPUT" is in the display.
5) Press the +1/-1 buttons to select and output: MULTI 1 through 8.
