The R-70 drum machine allows to copy Patterns to a new locations.
Use the following procedure to copy a pattern on the R-70:
1) While holding SHIFT, press PAD 2.
2) Move the cursor to the position just after 'P:' with the LEFT and RIGHT CURSOR buttons.
3) Use the VALUE SLIDER or the UP and DOWN ARROWS to select the source Pattern Bank.
4) Move the cursor to the position just after 'I:' or 'C:' with the LEFT and RIGHT CURSOR buttons.
5) Use the VALUE SLIDER or the UP and DOWN ARROWS to select the source Pattern Number.
6) Use the CURSOR RIGHT and LEFT to select the "From" display.
7) Use the CURSOR UP and DOWN buttons to move the cursor to the position just after the "From" and use the VALUE UP and DOWN to select the starting copy measure of the source pattern.
8) Use the CURSOR UP and DOWN to move the cursor to the position just after the "For" and use the VALUE UP and DOWN to select the number of measures to copy.
9) Press YES.
10) Press YES again, if necessary, to overwrite a pattern.
